Maintenance Engineer
Provides technical and professional leadership to the maintenance team and oversees the electrical engineering aspect of the maintenance process. Plans major maintenance work such as fabrication and installation of new equipment, new construction, modifi cations to equipment or structures, and modernization projects. Responsible for assuring all aspects of the granulation operation are accomplished to meet production demands. Responsible for specific housekeeping assignments. Provides Forming Area support as necessary. Responsible for meeting company goals involving safety, quality, production and cost. Works within self-directed work teams; demonstrates a high degree of self-initiative and self-motivation. Must be available for 12-hour rotating shifts to cover a 7-day a week, 24 hour a day operation.
