Marketing/Customer Service Manager
Responsible for the development of plans, programs and strategies in support of the Company's marketing and customer service objectives. Initiates, coordinates and completes major marketing projects. Has account responsibility for new and developing marketing programs. Develops sales and marketing aids to support business growth and direction. Provides a favorable image to customers, suppliers and other external contacts.

Responsible for managing a variety of sales support functions including: order entry system, pricing strategies, website content and web sales programs, customer quotations, delivery schedule coordination, resolution of customer complaints and problems and other related sales support activities necessary for customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• Develops and updates Company Marketing strategies and objectives.
• Develops promotion and advertising programs and executes the program timely and effectively in accordance with overall Sales & Marketing strategies.
• Analyzes industry trends, market conditions, product introductions and regulations to identify market opportunities and forecast market potential.
• Coordinates development and maintenance of sales and marketing aids such as slide presentations, product brochures, and product guides.
• Trains and instructs customer service staff on new marketing programs, sales strategies and sales support systems.
• Reviews sales support procedures and practices: identifies areas where improvement can be made and with assistance of staff, effect changes to improve Customer Service.
• Manages and develops strategies for Web site content, design changes and performance.
• Develops plan and manages programs for the tradeshow, exhibit and sponsorship events.
• Attends major national and international tradeshows representing Yupo Corporation America.

Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will be responsible for being the Company’s key customer contact at specific accounts. Is the liaison coordinating activities between Yupo Corporation America and customer. Establishes programs and their priorities through close customer interaction. Represents Yupo Corporation America externally in such as way as to project a positive and quality image. This position will be based out of our Chesapeake, VA office.

Requirements
• Personally responsible for forecasting and attaining sales objective.
• Coordinates in depth coverage and communication with major accounts.
• Responsible for all core and new business development activity within an assigned area.
• Develops account strategies, pricing requirements and program timetables. Participates in contract negotiations. Confers with upper management to provide accurate sales forecasts and project timing.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and investigates opportunities to capitalize on them.
• Manages sales responsibilities in a cost effective manner. Organizes business activities to maximize individual and Company productivity/efficiency.
• Completes monthly reports on an accurate and timely basis. Builds and maintains an active target list.
• Professional communication, presentation skills and computer skills required.
• Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years Sales experience required.

Maintenance Engineer
Provides technical and professional leadership to the maintenance team and oversees the electrical engineering aspect of the maintenance process. Plans major maintenance work such as fabrication and installation of new equipment, new construction, modifi cations to equipment or structures, and modernization projects. Electrical Engineering Degree required. Minimum 3 years
experience in related Field.


Manufacturing Support Technicians
Responsible for assuring all aspects of the granulation operation are accomplished to meet production demands. Responsible for specific housekeeping assignments. Provides Forming Area support as necessary. Responsible for meeting company goals involving safety, quality, production and cost. Works within self-directed work teams; demonstrates a high degree of self-initiative and self-motivation. Must be available for 12-hour rotating shifts to cover a 7-day a week, 24 hour a day operation.
