Yupo Extends Telephone Customer Service Hours |
In response to customer needs and a commitment to personal service, Yupo’s customer service representatives are now available to assist customers from 8:00 a.m. until 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
"We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer service," said Paul Mitcham, Yupo’s Director of Marketing and Sales Support. "Keeping the customer service center open an extra hour each day will help us to provide better service to more clients."
Customer service at Yupo consists of an outstanding team of four dedicated associates. When extraordinary issues arise, customers are confident Yupo associates will get the job done.
